This Privacy Policy explains how MyCoachPanel ("MyCoachPanel," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when coaches and business owners ("Coaches") use our platform to build, host, and operate their own coaching businesses. This policy applies to Coaches who sign up for MyCoachPanel directly. Each Coach's own students are also subject to that Coach's own privacy policy, published on the Coach's individual site.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Account information: name, email address, and password.
• Business information: business name, branding assets, custom domain, and content you upload (courses, videos, images, and descriptions).
• Payment and payout information, processed through our payment partner Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe") via Stripe Connect. We do not store full payment card or bank account details ourselves.
• Usage data: how you interact with the platform, device and log information, and support communications.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the MyCoachPanel platform.
• Process payments and platform fees through Stripe Connect.
• Send account, billing, and service-related communications.
• Monitor, secure, and improve the platform.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate MyCoachPanel, including hosting and database infrastructure, payment processing (Stripe), video hosting and delivery, and transactional email delivery. These providers process data solely to help us provide the service and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with the service providers described above, when required by law, to protect the rights and safety of MyCoachPanel and its users, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We retain account and business information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.
