Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MyCoachPanel (the "Platform") as a Coach or business owner building and operating a coaching business on MyCoachPanel. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

MyCoachPanel provides tools for Coaches to create a branded website, host video content, manage students, and accept recurring payments through Stripe Connect. MyCoachPanel is a platform provider — the coaching services, content, and relationship with students are provided by each Coach independently.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Coach Responsibilities

As a Coach, you are solely responsible for:

• The content you upload and the services you offer to your students.
• Complying with all applicable laws, including consumer protection, data privacy, and tax obligations in your jurisdiction.
• Maintaining your own privacy policy and terms of service for your students, which MyCoachPanel provides a default version of on your behalf.
• Your relationship with, and any disputes involving, your students.

5. Payments & Fees

Payments from your students are processed through Stripe Connect. MyCoachPanel may deduct a platform fee from each transaction, as configured in your account or agreed upon separately. Stripe's own terms of service and fees also apply to your use of Stripe Connect.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any law or the rights of any third party.
• Upload harmful, infringing, or fraudulent content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or security of the Platform.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the Platform's infrastructure.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant MyCoachPanel a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate the Platform on your behalf. MyCoachPanel retains all rights to its own software, branding, and platform technology.

8. Termination

You may stop using MyCoachPanel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful conduct, or as otherwise permitted by law.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyCoachPanel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MyCoachPanel operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
